Shipping
|
Refund Policy
We will accept returns on unused products (excluding washed or worn products) for any reason within 15 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange the returned products or refund your money. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please email us using the above contact form to receive a Return Authorization number for return or exchange. The outside box of your return must be clearly marked with the RA number or we will not accept the return.
Items received as a gift
If you received items as a gift, they can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Exchange Policy
We will be happy to exchange items within 15 days of purchase that happen to be the wrong size, color, style, etc. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer in both sending the items back to us, and receiving the new item. Shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used in the original order when the new item is shipped. Please use care in sending items back to us. We cannot accept items that have been damaged in transit. Thank You!

Any item that has been washed or worn may not be returned.
Defective Products
If you believe an item is defective, please email us to arrange an exchange or store credit.

Backorders
We always try to keep a full line of inventory, but there may be times when a backorder is necessary. We ship backorders as quickly as possible and we pay the additional shipping and handling for a backorder. We use several carriers to ship your orders.
Our standard charge for shipping and handling is $5.50. Using our online ordering form, you may specify ground, 2nd Day, or overnight shipping. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Sorry, we do not offer COD orders.

Gift Wrap
Gift Wrapping is currently offered at the special price of $1.95. Our gift packaging includes our fun striped gift bag in pink, white and black, or blue, green and white. We also include a handwritten gift card with your personal message. We put items together when possible unless otherwise specified by you. Some oversized items (including diaper bags, drop ship items and all furniture) cannot be gift-wrapped. In addition, many of our products come beautifully packaged in tulle bags. These include all infant apparel, baby blankets and most baby diaper bags.
We do our best to assure that you or the person you love will receive our items with pleasure. All boutique items are packaged with care in pink or green tissue paper and wrapped with a coordinating ribbon.

Our diaper bags can easily transition to a purse well after you need to lug baby's diapers around.
