LA Galbi Kimchi Fried Rice

I have so many food allergies- too many to list.
I make my own LA Galbi marinate which is a two day process. I’ve decided after all these years to make my own homemade kimchi because I’m allergic to shrimp which is a common ingredient in kimchi.
There were leftovers from my making LA Galbi this week (rare) so I decided to make fried rice. It was super delicious and easy to make.
A short cut recipe would be to purchase already made bulgogi or kalbi meat, kimchi and rice. Make sure your rice is cold. Heat up a non-stick fry pan with a little sesame oil, warm up the meat, add the kimchi and rice. In minutes you’ll have a hearty dish for lunch, dinner or snack!
